Reifengröße versetzt oder quadratisch

a bit of a dilemma..
I am considering going a square 295 setup on my widebody 1er, because I have a lot of understeer going into a sharp and low speed corner with 265/295. I've already tried moving around on bump adjustment, loosening the front, tightening the rear and so on. It works but then it makes other unwanted driving behavior. 

So I would really like to know what is your experience running a 295 square setup on your M2,M3,M4 or widebody F2x cars?
So my goal for the setup is to have a car that works both on Nordschleife, SPA and other smaller tight GP tracks, where it is easier for me to adjust the bump/balance of the car from track to track. 

Any help or advices are very appreciated!
