Uniball wartung

What do you use, when you cleaning and maintaining your uniballs after a season? 
I was thinking about washing the control arms uniballs with soapy water, then using alcohol to remove any residue and then use PTFE spray for lubrication.

Good or bad solution? 
What do you do?

allright! Then i will just clean them with soap and water, and make sure to dry them. 
I would guess BMW motorsport parts are using PTFE liners, just like other brands fx. Hardrace, SPL and such.
